Service Description

Lighthouse Coaching and Youth Development is a specialised coaching practice that focuses on the personal development of young adults from 13 years. Our one-on-one coaching and structured, goal-oriented programs are specifically tailored to suit the needs and experiences of today’s young adults and teens, and equip them with the necessary skills required in a competitive and demanding world. As young adults begin to make their way in the world what becomes of great importance to them is the need to be able to take control, and effectively manage their lives. They need to deal with life’s issues and build self-reliance and personal resilience and responsibility. By using practical coaching tools and Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques, individuals are able to identify what is important to them and align their thoughts and words and actions in order to realise their full potential. Coaching, at its core, is about helping people tap into existing strengths and talents and assisting them to develop life skills and strategies that will ensure that young adults become more focused, energised, motivated and clear on their future direction.
