I offer psychotherapy for children, adolescents and adults, individually and as families and as couples. I assist with anxiety, depression, trauma, adjusting to upheavals and life changes, as well as developmental challenges and issues that children face (often using play therapy). By focussing on improving relationships, improving coping and adaptive strategies and developing insight, I help people gain mastery and control. I also provide assistance for families undergoing transitions by providing assessments for care and contact, relocation disputes and disagreements and conflicts after separations and divorce. I also provide mediation, facilitation and advice for parents who are separated or divorced.
