I am a registered Clinical Psychologist practicing in the Port Elizabeth area in South Africa. I specialise in the treatment of depression, anxiety, psychological trauma and chronic life difficulties. I work with patients from many different backgrounds and from across all life stages including children as well as the aged./n My approach is the integration of the relational and cognitive behavioural schools of psychotherapy, including Schema Therapy. Schema Therapy is a state of the art approach that addresses maladaptive coping styles learned in childhood and repeated at an unconcious, automatic level throughout one's life./n In addition to the above, I also specialise in the treatment of the more existential concerns of life such as a sense of purposelessness, meaninglessness, loneliness and fear of death.
