I am passionate about women's mental healthcare, especially in terms of prevention and mental health promotion. I provide short-term interventions focussed on containment, alleviation, restoration and enhancing life quality and mental well-being. I also do primary psychological screening and refer them if needed. I enjoy connecting with my clients truthfully and authentically. Engaging with them as equal partners in the process. My aim is to incorporate my client's values, culture, and life views in the counselling process, making the process relatable and in line with who they are.
