I am registered as a counsellor with the HPCSA and is registered with the Board of Healthcare Funders (BHF), and therefore, claims are directly sent to your medical aid. I offer individual counselling for adults and adolescents, including but not limited to trauma counselling, bereavement, personal development, self-esteem, resilience and stress management. I also work with children through play. Furthermore, I guide parents, for example, on discipline, tantrum/anger management, parenting styles and how to improve their child’s concentration and self-esteem.
Services include: Individual counselling (adolescents and adults) - Trauma counselling - Aptitude assessment for children, adolescents / teenagers and adults - Counselling for children through play – Emotional regulation - School readiness – Parent guidance – Career and study guidance (for adolescents and adults) (online assessments also available)
