I offer short term preventative, self exploration as well as trauma counselling sessions using art materials to elaborate on and express emotional content. I am a level 1 Brain Working Recursive Therapy Practitioner (BWRT) and apply BWRT in most of my work with clients. Sometimes it is soo difficult or even impossible to speak about a distressing event or we simply cannot find words to describe our thoughts and feelings.
