I work with adolescent and adults who are interested in overcoming feelings associated with trauma, self-destructive behaviours (e.g. addictions), relationships problems, anxiety (especially panic attacks, performance anxiety), bereavement and loss, anger issues, and depression. I am also a trained career counsellor and do career guidance and testing. I am trained in EMDR, BWRT forms of trauma therapy. At present I am training in Mindfulness-based Intervnetions which can be used in various settings and for various mental health needs.
