The South African Depression and Anxiety Group (SADAG) was established in 1995 and is Africa’s largest mental health support and advocacy group. We operate a free call-centre from 8am to 8pm, Monday – Sunday (including public holidays)on 0ll 262 6396 or sms 31393. We provide counseling and also distribute comprehensive mental health information and resources to help patients, friends and family members nationwide./n/nFor the last 16 years SADAG has been at the forefront of providing counselling services, mental health awareness programmes, powerful media campaigns, school talks and rural outreach initiatives to thousands of South African patients, families and communities./n/nSADAG also has over 180 free Support Groups nationwide in urban and rural communities and has an extensive referral guide reaching into the most remote regions of the country. /n/nFor free counselling call 011 262 6396 or 0800 12 13 14 or visit our website on www.sadag.org
